We are pursuing an exciting business strategy and need an extraordinary individual to join our team in this key role. Success requires finding excellent prospective associates and marketing the compelling opportunities to them using every creative tool possible at your disposal. You’ll be establishing an internal search firm like capability as we build the Grayhill team. Also, you will work closely with the Leadership team to utilize an internal structure including well thought out job descriptions, appropriate salaries and wages, and a uniform performance evaluation process that supports our strategy and vision and the contributions of our associates.
The ideal candidate will have managed numerous searches, either within a search firm or in a corporate recruiting function leadership role. The perfect individual will also have successfully worked with job descriptions together with enlightened salary/wage guidelines and proven performance evaluation systems. A background of leveraging systems and technology, applying metrics, raising the bar on the quality of hires, reducing the cycle time of hiring, improving relationship management with hires, and creative sourcing to find passive candidates is key to success in this role. There is real opportunity to grow in this role and become actively involved with managing other important Human Resource areas including benefits, compliance, and policy.
