VERTICAL INTEGRATION: ULTRASOUND PANEL
Grayhill designed and manufactured this ultrasound panel which includes a USB hub, sculpted plastic bezel, PCB with electronics and firmware, sealed keypad, and uniform backlighting. Our own components, such as the 62NG Value Rotary Encoder and 60A NavCoder Multifunction Joystick, are also integrated.
CT CONTROL PANEL SOLUTION
Grayhill provides this computerized tomography (CT) control panel with a co-molded silicone keypad encased in a plastic front bezel. Each button has dual contact, including a dome switch and carbon pills directly molded into the silicone buttons. The system provides redundancy to meet the safety requirements of the machine.

MULTI-SPEED TOUCHPAD
The T2 Trackpad replaces the traditional trackball on an ultrasound machine by eliminating crevices prone to bacteria growth. Grayhill’s custom solution allows the system to have different speed settings for mouse/cursor operations versus measurement and tracing modes.

Grayhill designed and produced this sealed electrocardiogram (ECG) keypad module with no cracks and crevices for cleanability. Our Electrical and Firmware engineers developed the electronics for the USB interface.

PATIENT TRANSPORT KEYPAD ASSEMBLY
The custom keypad assemblies made by Grayhill are resistant to the chemicals used in a MRSA decontamination process with no cracks and crevices for cleanability. With each button rated to 3M cycles, the modules provide a rugged and stylish interface in this patient transport bed.

In addition to the enclosure with electronics and an integrated display, Grayhill designed and produced the key cluster module. This panel is uniformly backlit, and the exterior is coated for maximum chemical and corrosion resistance.
