Grayhill's vehicle mount displays integrate a 10.4-inch SVGA, 6.5-inch LCD, or 3.2-inch monochrome LCD with an embedded single-board computer in a rugged and sealed housing. These back-lit displays are specified for outdoor use in bright sunlight.

Applications A leading provider of high power diode laser components initially contacted Grayhill regarding a low-cost optical encoder for a new controller for industrial lasers. After discussing the project with the local Grayhill sales rep, it was determined the customer wanted a fully assembled front panel, if it could be done within their price constraints. By using a previously tooled conductive rubber keypad, a standard encoder and a keylock rotary switch, Grayhill was able to produce a solution that reduced tooling cost and met the customer's requirements.
