EXCAVATOR ARMREST CONTROLS
The switch modules utilize Grayhill’s electrical and firmware in a sealed module without cracks and crevices. Custom 62VG Value Rotary Encoders, 62HS High Torque Haptic Rotary Encoders, and 68A Machine Rotary Encoders are integrated into these switch modules.

COMPLETE ARMREST ASSEMBLY
In this complete armrest solution, Grayhill designed the mechanical layout to optimize ergonomics for the operator, molded the plastic housing and sub-assemblies, populated the internal boards, created custom keypads and encoders (62N Premium Haptic Rotary Encoder, 68P Hall-Effect Encoder, 62AG Value Rotary Encoder), and integrated all the components.

PAVER CONTROL CONSOLE
Grayhill designed and provided this console’s molded plastic enclosure, firmware, and internal electronics. The control modules include rugged, white LED backlit momentary pushbuttons, optical encoders, and analog Precision Joysticks. The IP66-rated surface withstands pressure washing and harsh cleaning chemicals to remove asphalt residue.

ARMREST-MOUNTED CONTROL ASSEMBLY
This armrest includes an ergonomically optimized layout of keypad modules and rotary switches, which are used for display navigation. The rugged die-cast aluminum housing and molded plastic cover help the system survive UV and chemical exposure, dust, and water ingress. Grayhill’s 25L Mechanical Encoder and 62AG Value Rotary Encoder were also integrated into the assembly.
